With over a decade of hands-on experience in direct care, Ubbah Omer leads with a deeply rooted passion for service and compassion. Her vision for Helpful Care LLC is grounded in creating a person-centered environment where every individual is treated with dignity, respect, and genuine care. Through her leadership, the organization fosters a culture that feels less like a facility—and more like home.
With over 10 years of experience in disability care, Ubba Omer founded Helpful Care LLC in 2017 to offer personalized, dignified residential services. Her background in caregiving and advocacy continues to shape a vision where every resident truly belongs and thrives.
Since 2017, Pape Diouf has been the backbone of Helpful Care LLC’s residential operations. As a multitasking leader, he oversees every logistical detail—from sourcing and purchasing homes to customizing them for residents’ needs, furnishing spaces, managing vehicle fleets, and handling all future maintenance. His tireless work ensures our facilities are safe, functional, and truly feel like home.
Since joining Helpful Care LLC, Nichole Hauge has brought structure, empathy, and leadership to our care team. Her focus on training, mentoring, and coordination ensures residents consistently receive personalized, high-quality support in a culture of professionalism and compassion.
